Here we are folks 50 days from october 1st, the opening day of bow season, and nobody seems to have anything to say or any reason to be pumped up about it. For the serious hunter there are alot of things to do in the next month and a half. Getting bows ready and sighted in, making sure broadheads are fixed and ready, checking and taking inventory on the numerous articles of huntin clothing and tools of the trade. Tree stand setups, brush clearing, food plot checks or replants. The list goes on and on! Ive been seeing numerous big racks in the bean fields in the evening lately and its got me fired up! Is anyone else getting ready or excited for the 2009 bow season?

Great post BowtechBoy. I haven't been around much or I would have replied sooner. I'll be getting my Bowtech TomKat all ready in the up coming weeks. I gotta get with BuckNasty and get some New string and cables ordered for it and then it's just sight in and practice hard for October 1st. I gotta get my camo out and get washed and ready. And I gotta get my Lone Wolf Sit & Climb out and make sure it's safe and sound. I feel it's gonna be a good year. Maybe you and I can get some hunting done together like we had discussed. I'll be shooting my Muzzy's as soon as I get my new string on. Get ahold of me sometime and lets do some shooting and scouting BowtechBoy.
