The running Deer is gonna burn up alot of points. It does give ya a good demonstartion on where you should shoot with a Gun. But as we all know, as Ultimate Bowhunters ,we should only take ethical shots. I myself only take Broadside, Quartering away, over head shots and bedded shots. No running shots ,no quartering to and no straight on shots. I feel I owe it that Deer to take a High Percentage shot to make a quick and clean kill no matter what the circumstances. Happy Huntin' Folks. Bow Season is almost here. Get them Bows tuned and get them minds sharp. It will be here befor we know it.

It really me I even got a little at myself !! I totally agree with you !! I don't think I would even shoot at a running deer with a gun either !!

I was quite satisfied with myself. Scored a 90. Like already statednobody has any business attempting a running shot with a bow. The only exception I can think of to that is IF the deer is already wounded, and you know that the wounding shot was poor shot. In my openion any chance that you have of putting another hole in a gut shot deer is ethical, but some of you might disagree.
